The Senior Sage program at East Arkansas Community College in Forrest City offers computer courses designed for people who wish to learn computer and technology skills. The classes are offered for active adults aged 50 and above. Tuition waivers may apply.
Students begin learning the basics about computers and progress to more advanced courses. The courses focus on teaching useful applications such as word processing for writing letters or journals, communications such as email, digital photography and others.
Upcoming Senior Sage classes are: ABC…123 (Keyboarding and Mind Fitness) from July 6th – 10th Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
and Click! Digital Photo 101 from July 6th – 10th on Monday – Friday 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Both classes will be taught by instructor Susan Ligon.
