College Goal Sunday on Sunday, February 21 at 2:00 p.m. in EACC Classroom Building 1, students of all ages will have help in filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

East Arkansas Community College in Forrest City is offering an innovative event designed to assist students in completing financial aid applications. By attending College Goal Sunday on Sunday, February 21 at 2:00 p.m. in EACC Classroom Building 1, students of all ages will have help in filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) college financial aid application. This event is open to everyone, regardless of where they plan to attend college.
     
Students must bring their 2009 tax forms and W-2 forms or the last paycheck stub received at the end of December 2009. If students are under age 24, they also need to bring a parent and their parent will need their 2009 tax forms and W-2 forms. They should also bring proof of Social Security Benefits received in 2009, amounts of any untaxed income received for 2009 and any child support paid or received in 2009.
  
EACC will have a host of personnel on hand for College Goal Sunday to assist with questions related to attending the college of your choice.  
  
College Goal Sunday is co-sponsored by the Arkansas Association of Student Financial Aid and the Arkansas Department of Higher Education.
