First-time incoming students at the University of Arkansas-East Arkansas Community College are required to attend the 2025 New Student Orientation scheduled for Tuesday, August 12th at 9:00 a.m. on UA-EACC's campus in Forrest City.

Hours for Orientation will be Tuesday, August 12th from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. with check-in beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the UA-EACC Fine Arts Center.

Students will have the opportunity to meet UA-EACC instructors, personnel, and learn more about college resources, programs, and services. Topics covered will include financial aid, advising, how to log in to the myEACC student portal, student email, Blackboard, student activities, and other general campus information. 

New students should register for Orientation online by visiting EACC.edu - Click on myEACC link at the top of the website and then select the "New Student Orientation" image to complete the online form. Advising and registration services for students will be available before and after the Orientation session. Parents and/or guardians are invited to attend with new students.
