EACC will host a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for the newly renovated Welcome Center on Friday, September 29th.  The event is scheduled for 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. with the ribbon cutting at 10:30 a.m.  The public is invited to attend. 

The Grand Opening of EACC's Welcome Center will feature EACC's Student Services, Bookstore, Café, and Career Training hub.  Attendees will have the opportunity to tour and learn more about the newly remodeled areas, and the Café will be open to serve lunch following the event.

The Welcome Center is located at EACC's south entrance of campus and faces Interstate 40.  The newly renovated 18,000+ square foot space houses the College's student services areas including admissions, financial aid, student accounts, Bookstore, Café, major appliance service lab, business and industry training room, and more.  The building remodel was designed by Fennell Purifoy Architects from Little Rock, and Construction Network, Inc. from Jonesboro served as the contractors. 

EACC representatives from various programs and areas will be available to assist attendees and provide tours of the renovated Welcome Center and Career Training program areas.
