Lonestar is no stranger to chart-topping hits. Over the course of their 30 plus years together, the band has sold more than 10.5 million records and scored 10 No. 1 singles including "Amazed," - spending eight weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Chart, becoming a huge crossover hit, and climbing to No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100.
Throughout the band's career, skilled musicianship, unerring song sense and soaring vocals have become the hallmarks of Lonestar's distinctive musical personality. The band's 22 top hits including "No News," "What About Now," "I'm Already There," "My Front Porch Looking In," "Amazed," "Come Cryin' to Me," and many others have kept them filling seats in venues around the world.
Michael Britt (guitar), Keech Rainwater (drums), Dean Sams (keyboard) and Drew Womack (vocals) definitely know a thing or two about delivering impactful songs. They took fans down memory lane in 2023 by re-recording their No. 1 hits on the album TEN to 1. The fresh look at all ten of their chart-topping country songs reflects the ways their hits have evolved over the years.
Lonestar's roots date back to the early '90s, and they found success with their self-titled debut album, which spawned the hit "Tequila Talkin'" along with "No News." The band has won many of music's top honors including Academy Of Country Music awards for New Vocal Group, Single of the Year, Song of the Year, and Humanitarian of the Year. They also won Country Music Association's Vocal Group of the Year and the International Artist Achievement award.
Tickets for Lonestar's performance are $49 and will be available online at EACC.edu, by calling 870-633-4480, ext. 352, or in person at the Fine Arts Center Ticket Office.
